We solemnly declare that the overseas agency certificate specimen issued in year 2020 can only be referred to the attachment as below and all the other different certificates will be FAKE. We, Jiangxi Jiangwu Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. reserve the right to recourse due to the damage or loss caused by the fake certificate.

鉴于，近期我江西江钨硬质合金有限公司收到反馈，市场流传伪造我公司出具的授权经销商证书。在此，我公司郑重声明，2020年公司海外经销商证书样本参照随附声明文件。任何与该文件不同的证书均为伪造文件。对伪造文件给公司造成的影响，公司保留追索的权利。
